Import the followign fields for shopify orders: Discount code, shipping charge, shipping & billing state/province

Most of this is already available in the Shopify connector: discount code (order_discount_code / order_discount_codes), shipping charge (order_total_shipping_price), and shipping province (order_shipping_address_province). The only missing piece is the billing address province, which we’re now adding. Thanks for flagging.
