Facebook: auto-discover newly accessible ad accounts without manual reauth#2040

For the Facebook connector, “Always select all accessible accounts” currently only covers accounts available at connection / save / reauthorization. New ad accounts added later under the same Facebook profile do not appear automatically — we must go through the Facebook Ads consent screen again each time.

We need Windsor to periodically (e.g. every 15–60 minutes) discover newly accessible Meta ad accounts under an already connected profile and include them automatically (either by making the existing checkbox truly dynamic, or via a new option like “Continuously include newly accessible accounts”).

Why: our media-buying workflow frequently adds new ad accounts. Manual reauthorization does not scale and creates high operational overhead.
