Hi Windsor Support,
We use your Snapchat Ads connector and need two fields for our reporting:
- Ad landing-page URL: We can retrieve ad_id and creative_id, but cannot find the destination website URL. Snapchat exposes this as web_view_properties.url in its Creatives API. creative_media_url returns the image/video URL, not the landing page.
- Hourly spend and account timezone: Our ad accounts use different timezones, and we need to calculate daily spend in Africa/Cairo. We currently cannot find an hourly reporting field or account timezone in the connector.
Daily spend broken down by ad and country is working.
Are these fields available under different names or through another endpoint? If not, could you add them? Please also confirm whether hourly spend can be combined with country breakdown, and whether any plan restrictions apply.
We query through both the Windsor API and MCP/ChatGPT.
