I’ve been using your platform for quite some time, and I’d like to reinforce a request I’ve been making for a while now.
Since last year, Meta — especially Instagram — has introduced several updates to the metrics it provides. However, I’ve noticed that your platform has not yet incorporated some of these changes, and currently I’m unable to access basic and important account data.
This includes metrics such as:
• Total profile/page views;
• Total account reach during a selected period;
• Bio link clicks;
• Total number of clicks on bio links within a selected period.
The last metric is especially important for us: being able to see how many clicks the links in the bio received over a specific period of time.
This is a feature I’ve been requesting for quite some time, and I consider it essential, especially for those who use the platform to monitor performance and generate reports for clients.
I’d like to know whether there is any expected timeline for making these metrics available or updating them on the platform.
