I’d like to request a connector for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC, ex-Demandware).
Context: I run paid media for Laurastar across 8+ European markets. Windsor is our main data connector. We currently have Meta Ads, Google Ads and Salesforce Marketing Cloud running on it. Our e-shop runs on SFCC.
The problem is simple. We steer on MER, so backend revenue over total media spend. Windsor gives us the spend side but not the revenue side. You already cover Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. SFCC is the missing piece of the Salesforce stack.
Right now our only workarounds are a manual export into Google Sheets or GA4. GA4 is site-side and off by 5 to 15 percent depending on the market. Neither is solid enough to reallocate budget on.
Fields that would matter most, at daily granularity:
orders and net revenue by site and currency
order line items with SKU and quantity
new vs returning customer
promo code and discount amount
order status, so cancellations and returns can be excluded
SFCC exposes all of this through the SCAPI and OCAPI Data APIs, Order Search in particular.
