More Shopify Payments fields#1939

Provide access to Shopify Payments payout data, which is visible in Shopify Admin under
Finance → Payments → Transactions (Payout Date), but is not available in the Shopify connector.

From the available fields and report presets in the Shopify connector, there is no field related to:
payout_date, payout_id, payout_status, payouts, balance_transactions

Requested fields:

• payout_date, payout_id, payout_status
• fees per order (Shopify Payments processing fee at order/transaction level)
• VAT/tax on payout fees
  ideally keyed to order_id / order_name and payout_id.

Why: needed to reconcile Shopify Payments payouts against orders and book processing fees +
fee VAT per order (true net revenue per order). The data exists in Shopify’s API
(Shopify Payments payouts + balance transactions), it just isn’t exposed in the connector.
