Facebook catalog ads: return full Commerce Manager product Website link (untruncated)#1937

For Advantage+ / catalog ads we need the full product Website link
from Meta Commerce Manager (catalog attribute link), including
path and query string (sub6, sub4, utm_*, etc.).

Today:

• url_tags is null on catalog ads (URL parameters live on the
  catalog item, not on the ad creative)
• website_destination_url is truncated or a generic landing
  (e.g. http://nitro5reward00.shop/ instead of
  http://nitro5reward00.shop/OG5XMEbFTPm9?s..., or a marketplace
  white URL). No query parameters.

We already confirmed this with Windsor support: the full
un-truncated catalog product link is not available in the
Facebook connector.

Requested field (Facebook connector):

• full catalog product Website link (Commerce Manager link)
  with path + query string
• usable together with account_id, ad_id, date, spend, country

This is required for spend attribution on catalog campaigns.
Without it, catalog ad spend cannot be mapped to buyer/uid.
