Add uniqueViewers metric to YouTube connector#1895

The YouTube Analytics API exposes a metric called uniqueViewers (“the number of unique viewers that watched a video”), but this field is not currently available in Windsor.ai’s YouTube connector (confirmed: requesting unique_viewers or uniqueViewers returns “Unexpected field(s)”). This is the standard “reach” metric other social connectors (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) already expose. Could this be added? It would let us calculate true unique-viewer reach for YouTube instead of only total view count.
