Client level workspaces for cleaner interface views#1892

Couple of things that would be great additions
Independent workspaces for individual client levels

• This could allow us to connect specific data sources for the workspace without having to reset or hunt down a saved Data view
• Would also help minimize the list of saved data views only showing the saved views for that client workspace.
• Similar - workspaces would allow a cleaner view of Data exports and connections by client - our list of destination exports growing rapidly would clean this to an individual client level
