Hide personal data when included in a query#1882

It would be helpful if PII could be masked when connecting to Windsor. When I connect data from PostgreSQL — and this applies to CRM connections as well — personal data is visible in the preview. I’d like that data to be hidden/masked in the preview, but still delivered unmasked once it reaches my destination.
