Ability to delete destinations from the destinations page#1795

Hi there, at the moment we can pause destinations from the destinations page, but the process to delete a destination (a paused one, for instance) is quite cumbersome and involves quite a lot of steps. Would be great to make it as easy as it is to pause one now
