One user - multiple teams#1419

We are an agency and need to manage different projects with the same user. It would be really useful to add the possibility of belonging to several teams.

I have multiple clients in different locations and find it difficult to switch between them simultaneously. I’m really in need of a feature that helps with this.

I also need this feature. I work as a marketing consultant and I would like to have different account for each of my clients.

This would be essential for me too

Yes, please. I’m not comfortable with all my client’s data flowing through my own account, so I always advice them to start their own. But missing this feature is a treshold for some of them, even a big treshold for some making them not want to work with Windsor at all.

Why? Each client now has to give full access to an e-mail address (including access to the mailbox) with me in order to have them work with Windsor.

Small companies create a analytics-company@gmail.com. It’s a bit annoying to set everything up including 2FA, but it’s solvable. 1 smaller client did drop off because he didn’t want data to be touched by an e-mail address where multiple people have access. In case of a data leak through that e-mail address, or a screw-up in an ad account, it would never be possible to know who was responsible.

For some bigger companies, it means a new MS Teams subscription, since it’s out of the question to have a analytics@gmail.com address. This multiplies the cost of starting to work with Windsor. Sometimes, it isn’t even possible, since I don’t work in-house at their company. And a generic analytics@company.com is usually not allowed.

I also got a negative advice from IT from a bigger company, who said they don’t trust a tool that has such limited user control, and that they’d prefer a tool that’s 10x more expensive but (in their perception) safer.

Soo, this would mean a lot, since I really enjoy working with Windsor!
