This is available today. The Facebook connector exposes an ad’s Primary text as the field Body of the ad (id: body) in the Ad table, which maps directly to Meta’s ad-creative body value (the same field Ads Manager labels Primary text). If an ad has multiple text variations, there is also Bodies of the ad (semicolon-separated) (id: bodies). Add Body of the ad to your Looker Studio creatives report alongside your other creative fields (ad name, creative id, headline via Ad Creative Title). Note that Meta does not return primary text for video post creatives, so those rows can be blank.
