Add Support for Currency-Converted Values from Shopify API#1278

We are currently using Windsor.ai to pull order data from Shopify. However, the values returned (such as gross sales) are in the store’s original currency and are not converted to the customer’s payment currency.

This creates a mismatch in our reporting when orders are made in different currencies (e.g., GBP, EUR, USD, etc.).

It would be very helpful if Windsor.ai could support fetching converted values from Shopify (e.g., presentment_money or converted values where available via the API), so we can accurately report based on the actual transaction currency.

Please consider implementing this feature to allow for more precise revenue and performance tracking across different markets.
