Add Business Central Connector#1083

We would like to get real sales data from business central. Also it would be interesting to get general finance overview with all incomming and outgoing transactions / categorys (for example IT Costs, Employee Costs, Marketing Costs).

We also need the Microsoft Business Central Connector. This is the only thing currently stoping us from going live with Windsor.Ai
